RESEARCH OPPORTUNITY: Female Identifying Firefighters Wanted for YorkU Study on Imposter Syndrome

A York University study is seeking female identifying firefighters in Canada to participate in an online survey on their experiences related to Imposter Syndrome and gender normative stereotypes.

The aim of the study is to determine the prevalence of Imposter Syndrome in female identifying firefighters in Canada and use the findings to develop ways to mitigate its negative effects.
