Acting Captain Steve Fraser (Occupational Health and Safety, Vancouver Fire & Rescue Services) introduces the newest member of the VF&RS mental health team: Lola is a golden retriever that is training to be a therapy dog–the first in the Canadian fire service–to help Vancouver firefighters deal with the stress of their job.
