Louise Hine-Schmidt (Fire Service Women Ontario) was one of the 20 “best and brightest firefighters” awarded the prestigious Honeywell DuPont 2018 FDIC Scholarship.
Louise’s full scholarship will give her the opportunity to attend 2018 Fire Department Instructors Conference (FDIC) International in Indianapolis, Indiana on April 23-28, 2018. The FDIC International is the largest conference in the fire service, attracting more than 34,000 firefighters from around the world.
